How Custom Orders Work

Every custom piece starts with a conversation. We'll make sure we understand exactly what you want before we start engraving.

Send Us Your Idea

Fill out the form with as much detail as you have — the item type, size, material preference, what you want engraved, and when you need it. No idea is too rough.

We'll Reach Out Quickly

We typically respond within 1 business day with questions, a design mockup, and a quote. We won't start until you're happy with the design.

Design Approval

Once we share the layout, you give the green light — or ask for tweaks. We keep revising until it's exactly right.

We Make & Ship It

After approval, your piece goes under the laser. Most custom orders ship within 3–7 business days depending on complexity and quantity.

Have a deadline? Let us know in the message field — we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it. We'd rather say so up front than rush a piece that deserves care.

Bulk orders welcome. Weddings, corporate gifts, events — we handle quantities large and small. Just mention it in your request.
